1. Information We Collect

Account data: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you sign up.

Usage data: API calls, email sending activity, credit usage, and feature interactions.

Domain data: When you register a domain, we access publicly available brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) to auto-brand your emails.

Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription details.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Service
To send transactional emails on your behalf
To detect and apply your brand to email templates
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To communicate service updates and security alerts
To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms

3. Email Content

We process email content (recipient addresses, template data) solely to deliver emails on your behalf. We do not read, analyze, or sell your email content. Email metadata (send status, timestamps) is retained for your dashboard and audit trail.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Resend — for premium email delivery (paid plans)
Supabase — for database and authentication

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are hashed. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Email logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and data
Export your data
Object to processing

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
